Our Story
The name Mizuki means “beautiful moon” in Japanese — a quiet light, consistent and unhurried, that makes ordinary moments feel extraordinary.
Mizuki Home was founded on a simple belief: the objects we use every day deserve the same care and attention as the ones we display. A towel is not merely functional. Used with intention, it can be a small act of self-respect — a daily ritual that begins before the world asks anything of us.
Imabari Cotton
Every Mizuki Home product is made from certified Imabari cotton — the gold standard of Japanese textile production. The Imabari region of Shikoku has been producing cotton goods for over 100 years. The region's soft water, used in the weaving and dyeing process, gives Imabari cotton its characteristic softness and clean, bright finish.
Imabari certification is awarded only to products that meet strict quality standards tested by the Imabari Towel Industry Association. We are proud to carry that mark.
Our Promise
We make very few products. We do not expand the range until we are certain that each new product is as good as it can be. We do not sacrifice quality for speed or margin for growth.
We believe that less, done right, is always more.
