We want you to be completely happy with your Mizuki Home purchase. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns work.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You may return your order within 14 days of the delivery date for any reason. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at returns@mizukihome.com with your order number. We will confirm the return address and next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item was faulty or sent in error.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- We cannot refund items damaged through customer misuse or returned outside the 14-day window.
