These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Mizuki Home website and any purchase you make. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Contract Formation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email following successful payment.

Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in Euro (€) and include 19% German VAT (Mehrwertsteuer). We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before a contract is formed.

Shipping

We ship within Germany only. A flat shipping rate of €4.90 applies to every order, regardless of size. Estimated delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch, with dispatch within 1–3 business days of your order.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major cards and supported European payment methods. We do not store your card details.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@mizukihome.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

Jurisdiction

German law applies. The courts of [city to be completed by the operator] shall have jurisdiction over any disputes, to the extent permitted by law.
